Excellent Stay with Minor Inconvenience

The hotel's location near the subway and shinjuku station made getting around easy. I appreciated the free shuttle to disneyland it saved me time and stress. The staff was friendly and always ready to help so I felt very welcomed.
The wifi system was complicated to use authentication took multiple steps. It required a username password and pin for each connection so it became frustrating.

The club floor room featured a king size bed and bathroom amenities in small bottles rather than dispensers attached to walls. The design included a lovely view especially at night and a comprehensive range of bathroom items. The room was spotlessly clean.

i found the club lounge quite elegant. breakfast and tea time had a much higher quality than similar hotels i've stayed at. the basic amenities were immaculate! the room was very comfortable.
i missed a coffee machine in the room! it is just me, though.

The free bus to Disneyland saved time! There was no need to worry about transportation.
The washroom in my room had a persistent unpleasant smell. I also saw visible mold in the shower area. The fixtures were very dated. They were stiff. The toilet also looked discolored.

i thoroughly enjoyed access to the club lounge. it offered a breakfast and tea time that seemed higher in quality than similar lounges i have visited. the basic amenities in the room were immaculate. i also found the luxurious comfort expected of a five-star hotel club floor room to be present.
i missed having a coffee machine directly in the room .
